In 1993 with the help of our favorite realtor, we began searching for a new home. We found this wonderful old house in Pleasant Hill, Ohio. The back section is 1 1/2 story and was built in the mid to late 1800's. In 1900 the front 2 story section was added.
It took a lot of vision to see beneathe the asbestos composite siding but we have always enjoyed a challenge. Promptly after closing in November we hired a friend to help in removing the composite siding and began prepping for paint. By the end of the summer we had it completely repainted in Merlot, Green and Rose with Shadowy Blue accents.
